Vision - Is there a clear vision?  Does everyone in the organization understand and buy into the vision?

Design - Is the organization designed to be successful?  Does the design empower employees to make decisions that are both good for the company and for them individually?

Execution - Can the company deliver strategic results in an efficient and effective manner? 

Performance - How are you doing?  Can you measure performance outside of lagging financial measures?  Can you link leading indicators to lagging ones?  Do you manage the leading indicators instead lagging ones?  Are individual performance incentives aligned with corporate goals?
